Conexant Systems Inc. (CNXT) has awarded Chairman and Chief Executive Dwight W. Decker a $300,000 bonus for its 2006 fiscal year, which ended Sept. 30, the company said Monday in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

Conexant Systems, which makes semiconductor hardware for broadband applications is set to award CEO Dwight W. Decker a $300,000 bonus.
