Following on the heals of the shocking revelation that ATandT has been collaborating to channel their Internet traffic through the NSA is another alarming government-sponsored privacy breach. Broward county is publising residents social security numbers, drivers license numbers, photos, and even bank records on the countys official website. And worst of all, theyre doing it on purpose.

The Electronic Frontier Foundation has filed a brief with specific claims that ATandT has routed the Internet traffic of their customers directly to the National Security Agency. ATandT, the brief claims, has given the government direct access to the Internet communications of millions of ordinary Americans.
