Two Months Left To Read The Book On U.S. Collapse

Posted by Truth On August - 31 - 2009

In 1998, Russian Professor Igor Panarin predicted that the U.S. would fragment in 2010. Recently, he claimed that the probability of collapse as early as November 2009 sits above 50%.

He justifies his claim by citing the decline of value in the dollar. As a result, the newly elected Democratic party in Japan will likely snub the dollar and seek another currency for trade. Currently, Argentina and Brazil are on the same roads, since they have already announced plans to exclude the dollar starting in January 2010 and begin searching for newer currencies.

As for President Barack Obama, Panarin claims that the he is another Gorbachev in the sense that he is a good speaker with good intentions, but lacking realistic goals which will only do more harm than good.

Dunno if I believe this, but its interesting.

At a town hall meeting in Reston, VA, a demonstrator carrying an anti-Obama sign was halted by a security officer. The officer justified his actions by claiming the demonstrator’s sign ‘showed pictures’ instead of ‘words’ (the poster depicted Barack Obama as the Joker with the words “Organizing for National Socialist Health Care”).

The officer further warned the demonstrator that he would arrest him for ‘trespassing’ and at worst could charge him with whatever he wanted. When the demonstrator stated, “This used to be America,” the officer responded, “It ain’t no more, OK?”

Keeping St. Bernard Parish White

Posted by Truth On August - 31 - 2009

For much of the nation, Hurricane Katrina exposed a deep level of poverty in the New Orleans area. But for people in Southern Louisiana and along the Gulf Coast, this was not news. What was more revealing was how such poverty was concentrated into specific areas such as the Lower Ninth Ward and other public housing projects. Such concentration was made possible, it’s now clear, because of actions like those of St. Bernard’s parish officials, residents who have worked aggressively to keep blacks and the poor out of their communities.

Four years after Hurricane Katrina, affordable public housing still isn’t available for many New Orleans residents.

Actions speak louder than words. So we’ll just have to wait and see how Japan’s economy decides to re-engineer itself. The first thing that will happen is that jobs will come back to Japan. And small businesses will boom because banks will sponsor them.

And healthcare will come back too.

When that happens, we’ll know that Japan’s democratic party has distanced itself from “the excesses of US-style capitalism”.

Global capital, since the end of World War II, has relied on the US Consumer to motivate its markets. Until very recently, two thirds of the US GDP was consumer spending. That has now been imploded and is unlikely to re-emerge before the entire US population has been micro-chipped.

According to wikipedia

Japan is the second largest economy in the world, after the United States, at around US$5 trillion in terms of nominal GDP and third after the United States and China in terms of purchasing power parity.

Banking, insurance, real estate, retailing, transportation, telecommunications and construction are all major industries.

Japan has a large industrial capacity and is home to some of the largest, leading and most technologically advanced producers of motor vehicles, electronic equipment, machine tools, steel and nonferrous metals, ships, chemicals, textiles and processed foods. The service sector accounts for three quarters of the gross domestic product.

Putin Blames WWII On West’s Deal With Hitler

Posted by Truth On August - 31 - 2009

Nazi Germany sparked the war by invading Poland on Sept. 1, 1939, just days after its Foreign Minister Joachim von Ribbentrop signed a mutual nonaggression treaty with his Soviet counterpart, Vyacheslav Molotov. Soviet troops then invaded Poland 16 days later; completing Stalin’s role in his deal with Hitler to divide Europe.

Putin argued Moscow had no choice, blaming Western leaders for failing to oppose Hitler’s appetite for territorial expansion throughout Europe in the 1930’s. Without a doubt there are full grounds to condemn the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact. But after all, a year earlier France and England had signed a well-known agreement with Hitler in Munich, destroying all possiblities of Western assistance had Hitler attacked Russia first. It seems the West rolled the dice on Spain, Czechoslovakia, Africa and would have rolled the dice on Russia too. Goes to show who the West was more ‘afraid’ of.
